Important Announcements Regarding Our New Website And Online Orders.

Hey guys! 

With the Ontario lockdown having come into place last week, we wanted to make sure we can allow customers to browse our stock, so we've worked hard to bring you this website as soon as we could!

Unfortunately this website is still very new, and still has minor bugs that could cause issues with some online orders, if you run into any issues please let us know so we can improve the site for the future!

For the moment we have had to put some restrictions in place that might cause an inconvenience for some customers, we apologize for any frustration this may cause, and hope to be able to make improvements to our system to avoid these issues in the future!

Rules for making an online order are currently as follows, Check back for updates!

1. Customers must be over the age of 19 to purchase smoking accessories.

2. Customers must be able to pick up their orders in person at a physical location. (Georgetown not currently accepting online orders through the website, please call or send them a DM on Instagram to make an order)

3. Customers must be able pay in store, or negotiate an alternative payment system with management, we cannot currently process payments through the website

4. Customers have 72hrs after processing an online order to stop by their nearest location to make a payment or we reserve the right to cancel your order, but you're always welcome to make another order when you're able to stop by!

5. Shipping is NOT currently available, we are working to get that figured out ASAP and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you based on your location! We will be offering shipping very soon, so be sure to check back often for updates on our policies!

Failure to comply to any/all of the above stated rules WILL result in your order getting cancelled.
